The Story Behind This Composition

About 36 years ago one day I visited my aunt and uncle in Delhi, India. It was a custom in most Catholic families in India to have about thirty minutes of prayer every night. In our families it was the recitation of the Holy Rosary. As children we always recited the Rosary so fast, it was like a freight train on a mission. 

So, my uncle Jose came up with a solution, that we say one Our Father, One Hail Mary and One Glory be, but to do it slowly and reflectively. So, the Holy Rosary was said with 1 Our Father, 1 Hail Mary and 1 Glory be for each decade. It helped me to listen, understand and even reflect on it further. Ever since I wanted to do something to make even more reflective and fun. So is the composition below. It is the whole Holy Rosary as one of each. I want to thank my uncle inspiring me to do this, 36 years ago. May his soul Rest in Peace.
